If you ever find yourself wanting to reference Adolf Hitler in any sort of positive way, just take a minute to stop, rethink that decision, and say pretty much anything else instead.

Sadly, it appears one former Indiana coach did not do that, as former Indiana QB Zander Diamont tweeted on Monday about the time one of his ex-coaches called Hitler a great leader.

Diamont, who is Jewish, obviously took offense to that, calling out the coach on Twitter on Monday afternoon while thinking back on the incident:

Diamont quickly followed up that tweet by saying it was no one on current coach Tom Allen’s staff, saying all of the current coaches are good guys:

It’s probably for the best that coach isn’t still at Indiana, but this should probably serve as an important (albeit obvious) reminder for coaches everywhere.
