Bombshell report says Urban Meyer lied, knew of domestic violence accusations involving former assistant coach

Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer had more knowledge than he claimed regarding the alleged domestic violence accusations involving former assistant coach Zach Smith, according to breaking news report.
Wednesday morning, college football insider Brett McMurphy reported jarring new details regarding Meyer’s knowledge of the situation. According to McMurphy’s report, Courtney Smith, the ex-wife of former Buckeyes assistant coach Zach Smith, texted with Shelley Meyer and other wives of the Ohio State coaching staff, informing them of the abuse.
McMurphy’s report indicates that Meyer knew of the 2015 domestic abuse allegations involving Smith, despite his denial at B1G Media Days last week.

Initial details of the alleged domestic abuse issues were uncovered by McMurphy last week before Meyer took the podium at B1G Media Days. Smith had been arrested twice for domestic violence accusations, once in 2009 while serving as a member of Meyer’s staff at Florida, and again in 2015.
McMurphy’s report includes text messages that were sent from Courtney Smith to Shelley Meyer, as well as photos of the alleged domestic violence incidents.

Smith was a member of Meyer’s staff for 11 years, dating back the years at the University of Florida. He was fired prior to B1G Media Days.
