Many college football coaches talk a big game about preparing their players for life after college football and entering the “real world,” the working world. Penn State coach James Franklin actually walks the walk.
As fans know, not every Nittany Lion can be Saquon Barkley and sign a big NFL contract after departing State College. Penn State recently held its third annual Career Night at Beaver Stadium, which, like it sounds, serves as a career fair of sorts for Nittany Lion football players.
Various players shared their thoughts on Career Night and their post-graduate plans in the clip below, which was recently shared by Big Ten Football’s official Twitter account. More than 50 companies took part in the event.
