Former Penn State WR Chris Godwin is known for impressing his Tampa Bay Buccaneers coaches with his attitude and work ethic, but making highlight-worthy catches also helps his cause.
The Bucs’ official Twitter account recently shared a circus catch Godwin somehow came up in a training camp practice. As if the catch wasn’t already impressive enough at regular speed, the Bucs social media team gave it the slow-mo treatment.
The tenacity, the skill, the swagger. Wow, @CGtwelve_‘s catch in slow-mo is phenomenal. #GoBucs pic.twitter.com/kd0mLvOLRG

With Desean Jackson and Mike Evans as Tampa Bay’s established veteran wideouts, there are somewhat limited opportunities for the Bucs’ other pass-catchers, but if Godwin continues to make grabs like the one above, he could improve upon his 34-catch, 525-yard rookie season numbers.
