Former Minnesota WR Eric Decker is on the move again.
The New England Patriots signed Decker to a one-year deal on Thursday. The ex-Gopher joins New England after playing for the Tennessee Titans last season.
Decker spent the bulk of his career with two teams. He spent the first four seasons (2010-13) on the Denver Broncos. After that, he played three seasons with the New York Jets (2014-16).
A spot on the Patriots roster opened up for Decker after WR Jordan Matthews was released due to a hamstring injury. Decker caught 54 passes for 563 yards and a touchdown last season with the Titans. He has 439 career receptions for 5,816 yards and 53 touchdowns.
Patriots expected to sign former Titans’, Jets’ and Broncos’ WR Eric Decker to a one-year deal, per sources.
And it’s neither here nor there, but is there now a better looking QB-WR combo in the NFL than Tom Brady and Decker?
