Ryan Shazier continues to make monumental strides in his recovery from a horrific football injury he suffered last year. On Friday night, the former Ohio State Buckeye and Pittsburgh Steeler made another inspirational step.

In fact, Shazier took several inspirational steps, all unassisted, as he walked across the field at Steelers training camp. After walking from one sideline to the other, he was met with a standing ovation from fans in attendance on Friday night.

The moment, which will give you goosebumps, was captured on video and posted on Twitter.

Just an awesome video. It’s great to see Shazier continue to make progress and inspire those around him.

Shazier suffered a serious back injury last December in Pittsburgh’s late-season matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
