TreVeyon Henderson is an incredible athlete. The Ohio State running back showed off that fact with his insane hurdle in the 1st quarter against Michigan State.

Henderson rushed to his left for what would have been a short gain before completely hurdling over Michigan State’s Nikai Martinez.

Not many humans could jump over another grown person while running. Henderson doesn’t have the slightest frame either, standing at 5’10” and weighing 210 pounds, making the hurdle more impressive.

The talented RB has been a focal point of the Buckeyes’ offense since his debut in 2021. Henderson gained 1,248 rushing yards as a freshman in 2021. In 2022, the RB still racked up 571 yards in only 8 games. Last season, Henderson fell just shy of 1,000 yards, ending with 926.

Henderson has averaged 6.3 yards per attempt during his college career. The talented RB has also caught 52 passes for 587 yards for the Buckeyes.

In 2024, Henderson is expected to continue to play a large role, even after the team added Quinshon Judkins in the offseason. The Buckeyes have gotten off to a hot start, winning their 1st 3 games as they enter B1G play.

Henderson has had a big start to this Week 5 matchup, taking his first 5 carries for 51 yards. The Buckeyes currently have a 17-7 lead over the Spartans late in the first half.

Winning this matchup would give the Buckeyes their 1st conference win of the season. Things won’t get any easier for the Buckeyes soon, as the team next plays Iowa and No. 8 Oregon.
