Ohio State is heading into a Week 6 game against Iowa in what looks to be one of the first true tests of the season. The Buckeyes will look to get to 5-0 and jumpstart their October while doing it in style.
The program already announced the team is wearing their all-grey alternate uniforms on Saturday, a look that is crisp and clean whenever it is broken out. On Thursday, the weekly hype video for the weekend utilized that theme throughout.
Former Ohio State star Mike Doss lent his voiceover to the video, and it’s a great way to gear up for the weekend. Check it out:

Overall, Ohio State is 47-15-3 against Iowa, though the 2 programs have just 2 meetings since the start of the 2014 season. Ryan Day was on Urban Meyer’s staff when the Hawkeyes beat Ohio State in 2017, but Day is 1-0 against Iowa as the head coach with a 54-10 win in 2022.
This time around, Iowa is more balanced on both sides of the ball with 32 points per game offensively through the first 4 games of the season. Star running back Kaleb Johnson is a big reason for those numbers as he’s 2nd in the nation with 685 rushing yards and 3rd nationally with 9 rushing touchdowns.
