Ohio State tops USA Today poll

Another poll, another No. 1 ranking for the defending national champions.
Ohio State earned its place atop the USA Today preseason re-rankings, which allowed for the spring schedules to play out. The Buckeyes weren’t the only Big Ten team in the top 10.
Michigan State, which was tabbed No. 6 in the Coaches Poll, was slotted at No. 9 by USA Today.
Nebraska jumped into the top 25 after the move of Mike Riley and his staff was made official. Wisconsin was the only other Big Ten team ranked in the top 25.
Side note: Michigan fans can’t be too happy with that No. 64 ranking.
