Bo Nix has found his stride as a rookie with the Denver Broncos, and the former Oregon star is being honored for his recent contributions.

On Thursday, it was announced that Nix is the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Month while leading the Broncos to a 3-1 mark, setting the franchise’s single-season win mark for a rookie QB (5) in the process. Of Nix’s accomplishments, finishing with just one turnover in four October games is arguably the most impressive.

Across October, Nix was the top rookie QB in terms of passing TDs with 7 while also leading the rookie class in TD-to-interception ratio (7-to-1), passing yards (870) and rushing touchdowns (2).

Nix’s best start to date came in the final game of October against the Carolina Panthers. He finished that game with career-high marks across the board while going 28-for-37 with 284 yards, 3 passing touchdowns and 4 total scores.

Nix has led the Broncos to a 5-3 overall record and a 2nd-place mark in the AFC West, trailing only the Kansas City Chiefs at 7-0. The former Duck continues to get better as the season goes along and is now completing 63% of his passes with 1,530 yards, 8 touchdowns, 5 interceptions and 4 rushing touchdowns.
