Michigan WR reportedly transferring to USF

Michigan’s wide receivers unit has taken a hit.

According to Brandon Justice of The Wolverine Lounge, Michigan wide receiver Eddie McDoom is planning to transfer to USF. The report came late Sunday morning.

McDoom played in 12 games for Michigan last year, hauling in 11 receptions for 81 yards. He also had 43 rushing yards on eight carries.

A Central Florida native, McDoom is reportedly headed back to his home state to play for Charlie Strong at South Florida.

In two seasons with the Wolverines, McDoom had 16 receptions for 140 yards and 24 carries for 203 yards.
