Indiana releases depth chart ahead of season opener

The Indiana Hoosiers are set to begin its 2018 season with a game at Florida International on Saturday. The contest will begin at 7 p.m. ET and will be televised on CBS Sports Network.

On Monday, the Hoosiers released its newest depth chart, which features QB Brandon Dawkins being left off the two-deep, as it was reported earlier that he left the program. According to the updated depth chart, backing up Peyton Ramsey at quarterback is Michael Penix Jr.

Indiana finished the 2017 season with a 5-7 overall record, going 2-7 in Big Ten play. Florida International, who competes in the Conference USA, went 8-5 last season and lost to Temple in the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl.
