Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule has always been known as a lightning rod for opinions on all things regarding Cornhuskers football and college football.
The 50-year-old is entering his 3rd season as the head man in Lincoln. While wins have been hard to come by so far at Nebraska, with Rhule going 12-13 in his first 2 seasons, he’s hoping for a breakout year this fall led by quarterback Dylan Raiola. And while that takes shape on the field, the ever opinionated Rhule will be discussing just about whatever he wants to on a new podcast that launched on Thursday.
Really, Rhule is a natural for this format, and now those who agree with Rhule on a lot of subjects, those who don’t, and those who are somewhere in between can hear what the former Temple and Baylor head coach has to say on a regular basis.
And what is the name of Rhule’s new podcast? Well, it’s his personal domain, so naturally he’s calling it the House Rhules Podcast. On Thursday morning, to tease the launching of the podcast, Rhule put out this entertaining 46-second video:
Rhule now will have 2 careers, so to speak, at Nebraska. The one where he wears a headset and one with a microphone.
So, get ready, because Rhule will be front and center more than ever before starting Thursday.
