Michigan State football’s scheduling department has evidently been quite busy this offseason.
The Spartans added a pair of home-and-home series to their future schedule on Thursday, influenced by some movement elsewhere across the country.
To start, Michigan State will face Oklahoma State in 2028 and 2029, with the first matchup taking place in Stillwater and the return matchup to East Lansing set for 2029. Oklahoma State was originally slated to play Alabama in a home-and home series, but the Crimson Tide backed out — opening the date up for the Spartans.
Michigan State also added a home-and-home series with Cincinnati, which is set to kick off in 2030 at Nippert Stadium in Cincinnati. The return trip will be played in 2031 at Spartan Stadium.
As you can see below, Michigan State will also play Duquesne at Spartan Stadium in 2027.
