It’ll be a battle of ranked Big Ten teams in Eugene on Saturday when No. 13 Oregon hosts No. 21 UCLA. Both teams are coming off a bye.
The 3-1 Ducks most recently defeated USC 41-27 on the road. Oregon starting quarterback Dante Moore returned to practice but remains out due to being in the concussion protocol after getting hit in the win vs. USC.
Backup Dylan Raiola who finished with 298 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Trojans, will serve as the starter vs. the Bruins.
In the UCLA’s last game, they routed host Maryland 54-3.
CBS Sports analysts Aaron Taylor, Brian Jones, and Rick Neuheisel recently gave their picks for UCLA vs. Oregon. All 3 are going with the Ducks.
Neuheisel believes the Ducks will be in good hands with Raiola under center. The junior transferred from Nebraska after 2 seasons.
“Dylan Raiola was brilliant in that game against USC,” Neuheisel said.
UCLA leads the all-time series 38-35 vs. Oregon. However, the Ducks have won the last 5 matchups against the Bruins. In the last meeting, Oregon defeated UCLA 34-13 in Pasadena.
UCLA at Oregon is set for a 12:30 p.m. PT kickoff and will be televised on CBS.
