That was quick.
After an impressive performance in the season opener, Northwestern RB Jeremy Larkin did not waste any time finding his groove against Duke. He punished the Duke defense with a 40-yard run before finishing off the drive with a two-yard touchdown scamper.
On his big run, Larkin took the handoff and made a beautiful cut to bounce his run outside. After that, he was off to the races and nearly broke it for a touchdown before being brought down inside the five-yard line.
Larkin still finished the drive off with a touchdown to give the Wildcats the early lead. The Big Ten Network shared the video of Larkin’s long run and touchdown:
We’re one drive in, and @DEUCE__8 has already gashed the Duke defense for 46 yards. 🔥
