Nebraska definitely has a playmaker at QB in Adrian Martinez.

The freshman signal-caller has already scored a touchdown on a long run. He made a slick juke move on a read-option play before outrunning the defense to the pylon.

Martinez was just getting starting with that run as he came up big on another drive. It appeared he would be sacked deep behind the line of scrimmage for a big loss. Somehow, Martinez was able to avoid the sack while keeping his eyes downfield.

He connected on a beautiful pass while on the move down inside Colorado’s 10-yard line. The play set up the game-tying score by RB Devine Ozigbo as the Cornhuskers were able to erase a 14-point deficit.
