Dre’Mont Jones might want to try his hand at defensive back after Saturday night.
The defensive lineman is often feared for his ability to chase down a quarterback or shut down a running back behind the line of scrimmage. Rarely is he known for his ability to intercept passes.
But Jones did exactly that against TCU on Saturday night. When Horned Frogs QB Shawn Robinson flipped a pass into a crowded area, Jones grabbed the ball and proceeded to plow through anyone in his path on the way to the end zone.
