Maryland has had its fair share of talent come through the program.
One of those possessed a lot of talent: D.J. Moore.
Moore, a wide receiver, got drafted No. 24 overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2018 NFL Draft for a reason. Moore stood out at Maryland, catching 80 passes for 1,033 yards and 8 TD in his junior season.
The 6-foot, 215-pound receiver was playing in his second game in the NFL on Sunday as the Panthers were playing the Atlanta Falcons. Cam Newton found Moore on a strike and the former Terrapin did the rest.
