WATCH: Minnesota football gives back to community with ‘Serving & Giving’ efforts

It looks like the Golden Gophers had a busy summer.
Minnesota is off to a 3-1 start this year under head coach P.J. Fleck as a number of young players are seeing lots of playing time. Injuries have also taken a toll on the team, but the Gophers will look to remain competitive moving forward.
While the team has performed well on the field, the Gophers also found time to give back with a number of community outreaches throughout August and September. Hope Day was one of the big events for the team, and every smile given along the way was certainly appreciated.
Minnesota Football shared a video of highlights of the “Serving & Giving” efforts of the Gophers, and it certainly looks like Fleck is serious about his team giving back to the community:
