LOOK: Camp Randall turned into a snow globe for Illinois-Wisconsin game

Snow and football can sometimes go together, especially when we’re talking about snow in Wisconsin.

It gets cold up there, any Badger or Packer fan will tell you the same. Throw in “white-out” snow conditions and wind gusting between 20-and-30 miles per hour, and you’ve got yourself a good ‘ole snow storm.

That’s exactly what happened with No. 23 Wisconsin (4-2, 2-1 B1G) and Illinois (3-3, 1-2 B1G) duking it down on the field at Camp Randall Stadium. At one point it was fine, yet cold. Almost immediately the skies unleashed the snow, though, and what resulted was basically what it would look like to take a Big Ten football stadium and put it inside of a snow globe.
