The Scarlet Knights have come alive against Northwestern!

After surrendering a touchdown to the Wildcats early on, Rutgers finally found its footing in the second quarter. The Scarlet Knights scored 12 unanswered to carry a 12-7 lead into halftime.

It is certainly a good sign for the Knights as they are looking for their first B1G win of the season. We will see if Chris Ash’s squad can keep it up in the second half, but running back Isaih Pacheco provided the big play before the break.

The freshman made a sweet move in the hole before breaking free and blazing past the second level of Northwestern’s defense. It was a simple play, but Rutgers executed it to perfection. Pacheco took it 44 yards to the house.
