Minnesota is coming back swinging in the game against Nebraska!

The Golden Gophers once trailed by 28 points against the Cornhuskers, but give them credit for not laying down in the contest. They reeled off 22 unanswered points to close the gap and keep things interesting. It was this trick play that set up Minnesota’s third touchdown of the day and its second of the third quarter.

It started with what looked to be a read-option play out of the Wildcat formation, but the ball was then pitched back to QB Tanner Morgan. Morgan then unleashed a deep ball for Seth Green. While the pass was a bit under-thrown, Green made a nice adjustment and came down inside the 10-yard line. Minnesota would finish the drive off with a touchdown.
