WATCH: Helmet-less LSU strength coach headbutts player

This may be the most painful way to get jacked up for a big-time game.
LSU is riding high after upsetting Georgia last weekend, and the Tigers rolled into Saturday’s game against Mississippi State sporting a No. 5 ranking. Being ranked so high and heading into a rivalry game seems like enough to get anybody excited. However, LSU’s strength coach apparently used another interesting tactic.
ESPN College Football shared a gif where the coach can be seen headbutting one Tigers player multiple times. Players are known to occasionally hit face masks and headbutt each other on the sidelines, but what makes this different is the fact he was NOT wearing anything on his head.
Needless to say, this has to hurt:
