It was all Purdue all weekend. And after the Boilermakers’ dominant performance against Ohio State on Saturday, the program has made B1G history.
Purdue made an (almost) clean sweep of the B1G Player of the Week awards for Week 8 action. The Boilermakers had players receive honors in all four categories. The only non-Boilermakers to receive recognition was Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez, who split Freshman of the Week honors with Rondale Moore.
It was the first time in the B1G that a team has had a representative in each category since the conference added the Freshman of the Week in 2010.
Here’s how the weekly B1G honors turned out. It’s all black and gold.
