Illinois has not had a great day against Nebraska, and the Illini will be without their star running back for the rest of the game against the Cornhuskers.

The biggest problem for Illinois in the first half was turnovers. The Illini muffed two punts and turned the ball over three times and headed to the half down 38-21.

While that deficit was bad enough, Jeremy Werner with 247 Sports reported after the break that Reggie Corbin would not return for the rest of the game. A foot injury was the reported reason for his initial departure. Corbin had 59 yards on nine carries before the injury.
