No. 4 Michigan traveled to face Rutgers on Saturday.
It wasn’t supposed to be close. And, it wasn’t.
Through the first quarter, though, the game was tied 7-7. Rutgers was neck-and-neck with Michigan. But then, of course, the Wolverines took over.
In the final quarter, Michigan RB Chris Evans put the cherry on top. The Wolverines were already up 35-7 at this point, but Evans added insult to injury.

The Michigan offensive line did its part by making a hole for Evans. Then, the junior RB did the rest on this 61-yard run.
There’s something to be said for hitting the hole when it’s there. There seemed to be nothing Rutgers could have done.
