Northwestern football has had quite the 2018 season.

On Saturday, the Wildcats went to Kinnick Stadium to play Iowa and if they won, the Big Ten West division would be clinched, which meant Northwestern would appear in the Big Ten Championship.

That’s exactly what happened once the 60 minutes came to a close.

Northwestern won 14-10, winning a pretty offensively ugly football game. Hard hitting was a must, and in 26 degree weather, players needed to get amped up to not only play well, but to stay warm.

One person who had no troubles getting amped up or staying warm was Northwestern strength coach Alex Spanos.

Again, it was 26 degrees. But Spanos was in a very tight polo, leaving his arms exposed. Take a look:

Like SportsCenter tweeted, nothing is bringing Spanos down.

We can’t wait to see what Spanos does for the B1G title game.
