You know you’re doing something right when you’re in the same company as teams like Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia.
Michigan has already enjoyed its best season under the Jim Harbaugh era, sitting at No. 4 in the latest College Football Playoff ranking with wins over Big Ten West division champion Northwestern, Wisconsin, Michigan State, and Penn State. Its only loss came Week 1 against No. 3 Notre Dame, which enters Week 12 at 10-0.
Add in a win against Western Michigan, and the Wolverines boast five wins against bowl eligible opponents — making it just one of four teams in college football to accomplish the feat.
Clemson, Georgia, Michigan and Alabama are the only four teams in the nation with at least five wins vs. bowl eligible teams.
