Rutgers has had a rough run this season.

The Scarlet Knights have fallen to 1-10 on the season after losing their 10th straight game over the weekend. One of the issues has undoubtedly been the quarterback play.

Rutgers has gone with true freshman Artur Sitkowski for much of the year. Unfortunately, he has struggled throughout. Sitkowski has completed just 49.3% of his passes while throwing 18 interceptions and just four touchdowns.

The struggles of Sitkowski may lead one to believe that Ash considered going a different route for a couple games, but that does not appear to be the case. Ash indicated on the B1G coaches teleconference that he has no regrets about not starting backup Gio Rescingo.
