The first bowl game matchup of the 2018 season has been announced.
According to Brett McMurphy of Stadium, Toledo and Florida International will meet in the Makers Wanted Bahamas Bowl on Friday, Dec. 21. It is the only bowl game that has been determined at this time.
Other bowl games will not be revealed until Sunday, Dec. 2.

Toledo finished the season 7-5 with a 5-3 record in MAC play. Florida International ended the year 8-4 and was 6-2 in Conference USA games.
The Bahamas Bowl started in 2014, hosting four postseason matchups. The game has always featured teams from the MAC and Conference USA.
Western Kentucky is a two-time winner of the Bahamas Bowl, winning in 2014 and 2015. Old Dominion defeated Eastern Michigan in 2016 and Ohio beat UAB in last year’s matchup.
