ESPN radio personality Paul Finebaum is all in on No. 6 Ohio State (11-1, 8-1 Big Ten) in tonight’s conference championship game against No. 21 Northwestern (8-4, 8-1).

After shocking the college football world with a dominating 62-39 performance against then-No. 4 Michigan last week, the sportscaster believes the Buckeyes will need to make another statement on the big stage in order to have a chance to sneak past No. 5 Oklahoma — and any other playoff hopefuls — during Tuesday’s final rankings show.

“I’ve got Ohio State and I think Ohio State knows what they’ll have to do,” Finebaum said this morning on SportsCenter. “They’ll already have the Big 12 game and the SEC game in. They’re going to need to make a statement and for the second week in a row and I think they’ll do it again.”

The Buckeyes are a 15-point favorite over the Wildcats (7-5), whose only B1G loss this season came against Michigan. Kickoff in Indianapolis is scheduled for 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
