Would it really be Championship Saturday without a little drama?
Despite trailing 24-7 entering the third quarter, Northwestern came roaring back, scoring two touchdowns to pull within three points out of halftime. But one of those touchdowns came courtesy of a controversial call.
Northwestern wide receiver Charlie Fessler appeared to get the ball ripped away by Ohio State defender Damon Arnette. It was going to be a huge stop for the Buckeyes defense.
After further review, however, the call was overturned as Fessler’s knee was ruled down. Ohio State argued that Fessler’s knee hit Arnette’s shoe. That’s a pretty strong argument.

A few plays later, Clayton Thorson hit Cameron Green for a two-yard touchdown pass to make the score 24-21.
What do you think? Did the officials get it right?
