ESPN studio analyst has reportedly been fired for leaking confidential information, according to a report.

The New York Post reported that Virk was escorted off company property in Bristol on Friday after failing to cooperate in an investigation into the leaking of sensitive information to the media. Virk had become one of the more recognizable studio hosts with ESPN.

“Adnan Virk no longer works at ESPN,” ESPN vice president Josh Krulewitz told The Post.

Neither Virk nor his representation commented on the situation.

Virk has become popular with college football fans as he was regularly a studio host during game-breaks on Saturday afternoons. He had recently signed a multi-year deal with the company and was rising within the profession.
