Penn State has made an addition to its 2019 recruiting class on the eve of National Signing Day.

Daequan Hardy, a three-star wide receiver out of Pittsburgh, Penn., announced via Twitter on Tuesday night that he’s committed to Penn State. He joins an already-stacked 2019 class for the Nittany Lions, becoming the 22nd member.

Hardy is one of three players who will sign his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday.

“I’m excited to announce that for the next 3-5 years I will be attending Pennsylvania State University,” Hardy wrote on Twitter.

Penn State’s class currently ranks 10th nationally and second in the B1G. It’s a group that contains 17 four-star prospects and one five-star player.

Hardy is ranked as the No. 32 player out of Pennsylvania, according to 247Sports. He’s also listed as one of the top 150 wide receivers in the class.

Teams will round out their 2019 recruiting classes on National Signing Day Wednesday.
