Two for One: Gophers get verbal commitment from brothers out of Illinois

There’s some brotherly love happening in Minnesota’s 2021 recruiting class.
On Wednesday, brothers Athan Kaliakmanis and Dino Kaliakmanis pledged to P.J. Fleck and the Golden Gophers, becoming the second and third commitments in the class. Athan is a quarterback while Dino plays receiver.
Both Athan and Dino shared posts on Twitter announcing their decision to head to Dinkytown.

Athan is listed at 6-foot-4, 190 pounds and Dino stands 6-foot-2 and 188 pounds. Neither player has earned any rankings from 247Sports at this time. They will both be juniors at Antioch Community High School this fall.
The Kaliakmanis brothers join dual-threat quarterback Sam Jackson as members of Minnesota’s 2021 recruiting class.
