Penn State’s Beaver Stadium voted best venue in sports

Beaver Stadium just moved its way to the top of a lot of bucket lists for sports fans across the country.
For The Win ran an Ultimate Stadium Bracket for its annual Bracket Madness, allowing fans to vote on the best venues across the sports landscape. Penn State’s Beaver Stadium was voted as the best venue in sports, defeating the likes of Death Valley (LSU), Phog Allen Fieldhouse (Kansas), Lambeau Field (Green Bay Packers), Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs) and Madison Square Garden (New York Knicks).
Those are some iconic sports venues, but Beaver Stadium emerged as the winner.
Along with Beaver Stadium, Wrigley Field, Allen Fieldhouse and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta Falcons) reached the Final Four. All matchups were decided via a fan vote.
Beaver Stadium is often regarded as one of the top venues in college football and Penn State has some of the best fans in the country. James Franklin has compared the schools “White Out” games to Christmas morning. Those factors certainly played a role in Beaver Stadium earning the victory in the bracket challenge.
If the home of Penn State football wasn’t a destination before March, it will certainly be one after this year’s result in Bracket Madness.
