LOOK: Michigan State getting support from Bank of Ann Arbor during Final Four
The Bank of Ann Arbor is putting one of the B1G’s fiercest rivalries on hold while Michigan State makes its trek to Minneapolis for the Final Four.
With Tom Izzo and the Spartans making another trip to the Final Four this weekend, the Bank of Ann Arbor has created billboard signs to show support for the team out of East Lansing. The bank also showed its support on Twitter.

Bank of Ann Arbor CEO Tim Marshall said the respect between the two programs is the reason behind the support.
“Are they super competitors? Do they want to win at every opportunity? Of course,” Marshall told MLive.com. “But do they have a respect for each other’s programs? The answer is yes.”
It’s pretty cool to show support for the in-state team, even if it is a rival.
Michigan State will take on Texas Tech in the Final Four on Saturday night. The Spartans have made eight trips to college basketball’s pinnacle under Izzo. The last national championship came in 2000.
