Usually people are pretty excited to see their favorite team unveil a new alternate uniform. But when it comes to Michigan State’s most recent look, the reviews have been pretty mixed.
On Saturday morning, just a few hours before the Spartans take the field for the spring game, Michigan State tweeted out a new alternate look the team will be sporting in 2019. It’s a dark green helmet and jersey with highlighter green accents. The pants are also the highlighter green color.
It’s an interesting alternate uniform option to say the least.

Maybe the uniform wouldn’t be quite so bad if “STATE” wasn’t plastered across the jersey, making the uniform look a little too busy. Still, that highlighter green is pretty interesting choice.
Some people are fans of the new look while others absolutely hate it. Where do you fall with MSU’s new uniform?
