Devin Bush became a fan favorite at Michigan. He carved his name out as one of the top defenders in the B1G and always seemed to make a play when the Wolverines needed one.

After his junior season — and winning the B1G’s Defensive Player of the Year award — Bush decided to forgo his final year in Ann Arbor and pursue a career in the NFL Draft. Over the last few weeks, the linebacker has risen as a prospect, some even saying he’s a top 10 pick.

Before the NFL Draft commences on Thursday night and Bush has his name called, he wanted to send out a message to all of his supporters in Ann Arbor. Fans are loving it.

“No matter what hat I’m given at the NFL Draft, I’ll always be a Michigan Wolverine,” Bush wrote on Twitter.

Bush has represented Michigan well throughout his career, and probably gained a little more fame among fans after stomping on the Michigan State logo before the rivalry game in 2018. He’ll always be a welcome face in Ann Arbor.
