WATCH: Painted-up Colts fan has apparently never heard of Parris Campbell

The drive from Columbus to Indianapolis is less than three hours and Ohio State plays in the B1G — despite what Giants general manager Dave Gettleman thinks. Keeping those two details in mind, you’d think Colts fans would have a pretty good idea of who Parris Campbell is.

But that wasn’t the case for one die-hard Colts fan, who probably hasn’t watched a lot of college football.

Campbell was taken by Indianapolis with the 59th pick in the second round. And that Colts fan — painted up in blue and white — seemed to be excited about the pick. It was pretty obvious he had no clue who Campbell was, though. How do we know?

When Campbell was picked, he cheered with “Yeah! Defense!”

Don’t worry, that moment was captured and will live forever:

Well, at least he wasn’t upset about the pick, right?

Campbell, a wide receiver, is one of the fastest players in the draft and can certainly be a sparkplug for the Colts offense. He’ll likely have the chance to contribute pretty early in his career.

This fan might be surprised to see him on the offensive side of the football when Campbell is on the field, though.
