Every young Michigan fans dreams of the day they can run out of the tunnel to the song “Hail to the Victors,” touch the “Go Blue” banner and take the field at Michigan Stadium.
Thanks to a little creativity, one Wolverines die-hard youngster got a miniature version of that experience.
Over the weekend, Gary McNamara shared a video that became quite popular among Michigan fans. His backyard was transformed into a miniature version of the Big House, complete with the fight song blaring in the background and a makeshift “Go Blue” banner.
When “Hail to the Victors” came on over the speakers, that’s when Kolton — a big Michigan fan — came through the tunnel, slapped the “Go Blue” banner and took the field. He was in full uniform, too, sporting everything from the winged helmet to a quarterback towel.
