Just when you thought Corey Clement was back, he’s back on the shelf.

The Wisconsin tailback did not make the trip to Maryland after dealing with soreness following his first game back last week against Rutgers.

Before last Saturday, Clement was out for nearly two months after having sports hernia surgery.

Clement scored three touchdowns last week playing in his first game since the season opener. But on what could’ve been his fourth touchdown of the day, Clement was noticeably hobbled at the end of a 58-yard run.

It’s an unfortunate development for a guy that appeared to be on the verge of making a second-half surge.

Taiwan Deal and Dare Ogunbowale will dominate the carries without Clement in the fold. The Badgers are looking for their fifth straight B1G win.
