Deiter was a third-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, taken with the 78th overall pick. He was the last of the Dolphins’ six draft picks to sign his deal.
A four-year starter at Wisconsin, Deiter is expected to be in the mix for a starting job along Miami’s offensive line. At the very least, the former Badger will have a role as a backup in his rookie season.
