If you’re looking to find out which B1G teams have the best shot to reach the College Football Playoff this year, there are a few that have been quite attractive in the eyes of Vegas.
According to Super Book USA, three B1G teams are among those with the best chances to earn one of the four bids in the national semifinal games. Michigan leads the way at 9/4 odds with Ohio State behind at 3/1. Nebraska comes in at 6/1 odds.
The updated odds were shared by Stadium’s Brett McMurphy. To no surprise, Alabama and Clemson were the teams with the best odds.

Also included in the odds list out of the B1G were Michigan State, Penn State and Wisconsin, all with 20/1 odds.
Michigan and Ohio State are both coming off double-digit win campaigns. Those odds seem reasonable. The oddball of the group is Nebraska, which won just four games a year ago.
But, Scott Frost did turn a winless UCF program into an undefeated Peach Bowl champion in the span of two years. Maybe he’ll do the same in Lincoln.
