Three of the 10 most watched CFB games in 2018 featured Ohio State

A lot of eyes were in the B1G in 2018.

On Thursday, ESPN published a list of the 10 matchups that drew the best ratings for the 2018 college football season. Three of those games featured a B1G team or a conference matchup. Ohio State played in all three.

The Buckeyes’ Rose Bowl Game against Washington ranked No. 5 on the list with 16.8 million viewers. Ohio State’s rivalry game against Michigan was two spots down at No. 7, with 13.2 million viewers.

Ohio State’s trip to Happy Valley against Penn State rounded out the top 10 with 9.1 million viewers.

Sitting in the top four spots was the national championship game between Clemson and Alabama (No. 1); the semifinal game between Alabama and Oklahoma (No. 2); the SEC Championship Game featuring Alabama and Georgia (No. 3); and the semifinal game between Clemson and Notre Dame (No. 4).
