Want to build a football program the right way?

It’s rather simple: Recruit the right players that fit your system.

From that point forward, it all falls on coaching. However, it all starts with recruiting. And on Thursday afternoon, Purdue got a player that probably fits what Jeff Brohm wants to do.

Jaylen Stinson, regarded as a 3-star WR prospect by 247Sports, committed to the Boilermakers:

Stinson is a 5-foot-8 pass-catcher from Opelika, Ala. and ranks as the No. 782 overall recruit in 2020. Stinson had offers from Louisville, Nebraska, Duke and others.

With Stinson’s commitment, Purdue’s 2020 class is now 16 members deep. Purdue’s class ranks 31st nationally and No. 7 in the B1G.
