It didn’t take long for Dre’Mont Jones to make a name for himself in the NFL.
Thursday night marked the first football game of the season, as the Denver Broncos and Atlanta Falcons squared off in the Hall of Fame Game to open the NFL preseason. Jones put himself on the map with a strong effort.
Jones finished the game with three tackles, all solo stops, and three hits on the quarterback. He also registered this tackle for loss, which shows just how explosive the former Ohio State star is:

Jones was a third-round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft and was taken No. 71 overall. A few teams may already be regretting that they didn’t target the former Buckeye back in April.
