Coaches across the country are able to now get a good feel for what their teams are looking like.

Fall camps have been under way for a while now and at Michigan, defensive coordinator Don Brown has been assessing how his defense has looked so far. On Wednesday, Brown talked about his players with the media:

Two players that Brown pointed out were senior DL Carlo Kemp and junior fullback Ben Mason. Mason got work last year on special teams as well.

Kemp, in 2018, recorded 20 tackles and four tackles for loss in 10 games.

Michigan’s 2019 season is slated to begin on Aug. 31 at home against Middle Tennessee.
