Former IU QB Nate Sudfeld leaves preseason game with aircast on injured arm

This is not a good sign for Nate Sudfeld.
The former Indiana Hoosiers QB opened preseason action with the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday night. Looking to solidify his spot as Carson Wentz’s backup, Sudfeld was playing well to start the game.
Unfortunately, his night would not last long before departing. Sudfeld was seen being carted off the field and to the locker room while wearing an aircast on his injured left arm. Sudfeld appeared to fall hard on both wrists after taking a hit, but it looks like his left wrist took the hardest blow.
Hopefully, the injury is nothing too serious:
